Closed partner tournament in Tenerife
A closed partner retreat in Tenerife built around one day of beach volleyball: branded teams, real trophies and a story they tell all year. Between October and April, when it's grey at home and warm here.
Why it works
| Typical partner events | Tenerife Partner Beach Cup |
|---|---|
| Half the invite list sends a deputy | A reason for decision-makers to come in person, families welcome |
| A meeting room and a slide deck | A beach, a game and your partners on the same team |
| Your logo on a screen and a lanyard | Your brand on every kit |
| Squeezed between sessions and other meetings | A full day, no other meetings competing |
| Partners listen, then fly home | One beach, one day, one host: you |
| Photos that look like every other event | Partners post it themselves, with your logo. Other companies will want to be among your partners |
Format of the day
Every team plays under its own flag. Partner logo on the chest and yours on the sleeve, or fully co-branded kits. Every photo partners post carries your logo too.
Mixed rosters, so almost any office can field a team. Everyone plays the whole tournament, with no early knock-outs.
Most teams go home with a trophy and a story they share with you.
Photos and a short film ready before anyone flies home.
A masterclass with a guest pro player or coach, and a family programme so partners can bring the people they love.
OptionalPicture your partners on the sand, each under their own flag.

About
Contracts tell you who your partners are. A day on the sand shows you what that partnership can actually be.

FAQ
Winters here are mild and mostly sunny, but we plan for wind, rain and calima. Every proposal includes a plan B agreed with the venue, we make the go / no-go call together two days before, and the contract sets out how a weather-related date change works.
Each partner books its own travel. Winter is high season here, so we secure the venue and group hotel rates as soon as dates are agreed, and your guests book with one link. On our first call we also share the full trip budget, so there are no surprises later.
Teams of about 6 people, mixed rosters. The game format (4x4 or 6x6) is matched to the venue, and everyone plays the whole tournament: there are no early knock-outs.
Yes, and we recommend it: turn it into a two- or three-day partner retreat with arrivals and a welcome dinner, the tournament with awards at sunset, and a short partner session the next morning before flights home. It works as a partner summit, not one more trip on top of one.
For ten teams on two courts, roughly from 9:00 to sunset: group matches in the morning, lunch in the shade, the final rounds in the afternoon and the awards at sunset. Smaller groups finish earlier.
No. Games are short, rules are simple and referees guide the teams. Guests who don't want to play enjoy the beach, the food and the awards at sunset.
Around three months before the date: that leaves time to invite your partners, produce the branded kits and the trophies.
You invite a few more partners than you need, and the final number of teams is fixed on the headcount date set in the contract.
Of course. You can field your own team, or mix your people into partner teams to get to know them better.
